Welcome to the underwriting training.  To get authorized for underwriting, follow these steps:

 

1. Watch the video above.  The forms mentioned in the video are in the pdf below.

2. Fill out the underwriting questionnaire in the pdf below.

3. Schedule a meeting with Executive Director John Patterson to get authorized by calling 412-322-7570 ext. 302.
