PCTV Outreach is collaborating with various non-profit
organizations, institutions and educational groups to
increase our visibility and productivity. In a first for the
Pittsburgh area, we are offering an exciting opportunity
of basic television production for youth between the ages
of 14 and 20 from various organizations.

Groups will learn artistic skills such as directing and
lighting techniques and techinical skills such as operation
of studio and portable cameras, and digital and linear
editors. Upon completion of training they will become
certified community producers, producing programming
of their own.
